Mengingat peran komitmen organisasi sangat penting bagi organisasi dakwah untuk berkembang dan berkelanjutan, dibutuhkan usaha membangun komitmen pada SDM organisasi dakwah. Namun, selama ini kajian akademisi pada aspek membangun komitmen organisasi dalam organisasi dakwah masih sangat terbatas. Literatur sebelumnya lebih banyak menyelidiki faktor-faktor dalam membangun komitmen organisasi pada industri. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah mengeksplorasi strategi organisasi dakwah dalam membangun komitmen anggota, melalui kajian pustaka terhadap strategi yang digunakan nabi Muhammad dalam membangun komitmen organisasi pada SDM, khususnya saat dakwah nabi di Mekkah. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif pustaka. Hasil studi menyimpulkan bahwa upaya nabi Muhammad dalam membangun komitmen organisasi anggota di Mekkah dengan beberapa cara yaitu: internalisasi visi ketauhidan, pembinaan berbasis kesadaran secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan, menciptakan iklim positif berbasis nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, serta keteladanan pemimpin. Strategi nabi Muhammad dalam membangun komitmen organisasi di Mekkah dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi organisasi dakwah pada tahap merintis.
